OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO BOXES:
• Please DO NOT REFUSE A DELIVERY. Just give us a call and let us know if you ever receive a damaged shipment. We will contact Breezesta and get a replacement for the damaged piece(s) on the way to you. Refusing a delivery will delay getting your shipment replaced - and we want you to enjoy your furniture right away.
We hope you never receive a damaged box, but just in case this happens:
Shipping Damage - We will replace any
damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days
after merchandise has been received. No returns will be accepted more than 30
days after shipping to comply with our shippers requirements for damage claims. No returns on furniture after you have assembled it.
note that Breezesta furniture is delivered via UPS Ground
or UPS Freight. It is in most cases partially assembled (table tops are
assembled, most seats and seat backs are assembled). It should take just a few minutes for you to complete the assembly of each piece.
For large orders, including tables too large to ship UPS Ground, your
order will ship via UPS Freight and depending upon your locality, it may
be delivered in a very large truck and trailer combination. We have
found that different areas of the country use different sized trucks for
delivery and that they will unload the pallet of furniture at the end
of your driveway in many cases - rather than at your front door. Please
be aware that we have no control over this - it is totally dependent
upon the freight delivery company.
We also give you an ESTIMATED ship date. Breezesta usually ships within 1 or 2 days of this date - but once the freight leaves their dock it is solely up to the freight company as to when it gets delivered. We have found that in many resort and rural areas, delivery is limited to one day per week. We have no control over this and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the delivery company to schedule the delivery. In the event that a scheduled delivery is delayed for any reason, again that is beyond our scope of responsibility or control and the customer will need to work with the delivery company to complete delivery at a later time.

and carry it either to or inside your home or business. You will be
