Returns  and Replacements

We always hope that your furniture will arrive in perfect condition.  However, if you receive a piece of Breezesta furniture that you feel is defective, you find that hardware is missing or incorrect, or if your furniture is damaged in shipping, please send us an email at and we will order a replacement item or needed parts for you.  Please include pictures of the parts affected or damaged pieces.

Casual Living (the manufacturer) will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective furniture part or product. Neither Casual Living (manufacturer) nor Breezesta Poly Direct (dealer) shall  be liable or responsible for any labor charges or other expenses whatsoever in connection with repair or replacement of either the original or any replacement product.

Please do not refuse a shipment with a damaged box.  Simply note the damage and contact us with pictures of the box and its contents.

Returns:  Breezesta furniture is made to order and is not returnable to  Casual Living nor to Breezesta Poly Direct (unless we are responsible for an error in shipping and have issued you an RMA).  Please see the Replacements section above for items that are defective, missing hardware or damaged in shipping.
